I was given a quote of 480$ with a delivery of with in a week, tehy never even picked up my vehicle untill i forced them... i paid 175$ upfont and teh remaining was to be paid after deliver... they took 2 weeks to deliver for aound 8 days car was sitting in soem parking lot in Mayland and i got my vhicle delivered after more than 2 weeks.... AND guess what happened .. the deliver person charged me 750$ for me to receive the vehicle,.... he said they cannot give teh vehicle if i dont pay them 750$..i said i aleready paid 175$ and my total quote was 480$ and i have to pay only 305 $ ... he said he is not aware of Tristar and there policy or details.. and he can give my car only after paying 750$... i paid 750$ ..so total 750$+175$=925$...

i reached backt o tristar but no Use i got ireresponsible replies and they wont refund any of my amount... they are no a reliable sourec for shipping kindly dont choose teh same else you will end up paying double the quote and getting ur vehicle delivered verey very late...

so Totally i had top use rental car spending 100$ for 2 weeks and plus 925$ for shipping because of Tristar

the customer asked for standard service and that is what he received, as far as the money it was only based on the contract which he signed and acknowledged fully.
