These guys are brokers and not only dishonest, they're rude! They quoted me a total transport price, then added on an extra $300., $150. @ each end. When I called to ask about it, they were rude & told me it was my fault for not reading the small print. They obviously make their money by scamming the public with fake quotes & not disclosing additional "fees" over the phone. Yes I should have read the whole contract, but they also charged fees contrary to what the contract said. I had planned on shipping anothe car, but it won't be with them! The actual carrier 'Cowboy Transport" was fine & did the job without a problem.
DO NOT USE TRISTAR TRUCKING!!!!

unfortunately this is an customer that has not read the contract and terms and conditions, if he did not like the contract he could have cancelled and received his deposit back. I guess that he felt that once the car was being delivered that he could hold us up and not pay the broker fee. This customer evidently feels that we as the broker should make nothing, he probably has no idea what bait and switch means, since in our contract and the terms and conditions everything is disclosed in a large enough print for everyone to be able to read. Even our contract indicates that we ware a broker, nothing else was relayed to custome, he says this like it was a surprise. The customer only paid an additional $150.00 which was the brokers fee.
