My vehicle shipment was contracted with another broker. After a week of absolutely no communication from them, I received an email from Brandon at Trinity so I decided to see what he had to say. I had been told that my route was "off the beaten track" and not very long so it wasn't something truckers were jumping on right away. I talked with Brandon Monday morning and he set something up for me. He called me back later that day to say he had a trucker coming the next day! Unfortunately the trucker had some mechanical issues and moved the pickup back a day. In the meantime, unbeknownst to me, the other broker had a trucker contact me and he ultimately picked up the vehicle - the whole time I thought it was the trucker through Triniity. Short story long, I received absolutely NO communication from the other broker but I talked to Brandon 3 times in 24 hours! He will communicate with you!! I felt horrible about the mixup but it really wasn't my fault but still felt bad Brandon didn't get the fee and the other broker did. I was within 20 minutes of having 2 trucks at my house! That would not have been pretty!! Brandon hustled and I wasted over a week with someone else. If you need some quick hustle plus good communication, call Brandon at Trinity! Thanks again for your help Brandon!! Will definately use you again (and only you)!

I also advised her to ship the car with that carrier as they were THERE! My goal was to help her get the job done, and I did so even though I would not make a penny on the transport. I WAS 100% HONEST IN TELLING HER ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO HELP HER GET HER CAR MOVED! As a businesss, I do expect to make money, but I get paid for moving cars, not just taking orders.
