Hi Dan, we are sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. After reviewing the file, the price you paid was what was quoted to you at the time you placed the order. As stated in our contract which you signed, all pickup and drop off dates are estimated. The carrier had a few delays during transport which is completely out of our control. We communicated this with you multiple times as well as answered every call you made and updated you accordingly. We try our best to make every accommodation possible to our clients but sometimes things are out of our control. We are happy you received your vehicle safely.
