This was my first time to try Transport Time on moving a vehicle for me. From the very first email with Roy I found him to be up front and factual and this helped me to accept him as honest and someone I could trust to move a $40,000 car for me. The move was in January and winter storms did not make this the best move in terms of time to ship.
Roy kept me informed of the status and it sure helped keep my mind at ease that the vehicle was in capable hands. The car arrived in great shape aside from the normal storm related grim that easily washed off.
Roy was not the cheapest quote I received but I was confident the car was in good hands and I was willing to pay a nominal premium. I felt some other carriers might be low balling to get the move.
I move 10-20 cars a year across the US and I will be using Transport Time again soon.
