Jean told me I had to give extra on delivery, for which he would reimburse my Amex - which he never did. Ben, the driver, stole my EZPASS and will look forward to federal charges being pressed by me. Ben charged over $200 to my EZPASS. I had to pay nearly $100 to get rid of all my tags. I tried to call Jean - he will not return my calls. I emailed him - he will not return my emails. Sadly, there seems to be no integrity in Jean's actions. Hence, I had to finally make a public posting to warm all other potential victims to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have better things to do than press charges, but there are elderly people who this company is probably ripping off and I will do what I can to prevent that from happening. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Feel free to contact to me verify the truth of this matter. It is now in queue with the New York State Police. Stealing an EZPASS is a federal crime. Next time, steal from someone less intelligent and less willing to take you on.
