I was living in Vt. for 9 years and made the decission to move to Oregon for better opportunities , I give for free all what I had in my appartment, I tried to sell my car and nothing happen , I contact to a transportation agency ,after a coordination of one month with all the questions and answers , they never show up the pick up day. I was not only upset I was frustrated because everything have to be done on terms / days etc., etc., I give the keys to my landlord in August 15th., and my flight to Oregon was the 17th. The two pick up days were 14 or 15 NO ADDITIONAL DAY BECAUSE THEY NEW I WONT BE THERE. The person who I contacted and made the agreement was excellent very professional but .... I think she is in the wrong company because her job doesn't had the support .
I think Ryan sent me as others a quote before but ... I contacted the other company ( I do not remmember exactly ) the thing is I left Bennington Vt. but I have to drop my car into my ex-landlord house because I didn't have other chance , relax and think in a new strategic I WAS WORRY BECAUSE EVERYTHING CHANGED, my program was flight to Oregon , the car will be there arround the 20th., or 22nd , and I will be flying to LIMA PERU my native country the 25th, something happened with that company and they extended the travelling days of my car SO .... I CHANGED MY DEPARTURE FOR THE 27TH.
The real thing was I arrived to Oregon NO CAR ....I FLEW TO LIMA PERU - - - in the mean time I RECEIVED RYAN'S QUOTE ... I explained him all the problem... BESIDES HIS VOICE GAVE ME THE CONFIDENT , he said WE ARE THE BEST!
I said to him the other company said the same thing... and look what happened HE AFFIRMED MANY TIMES , ALSO HE SAID GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP YOU , I AM SORRY THAT HAPPEN ... HE ASKED ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY I SAID I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU THE NAME BECAUSE THEY RUIN MY PLANS AND NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE.
RYAN WAS MORE THAN A REPRESENTATIVE OF TRANSPORTSERVICEONLINE , he is a Senior Transport Consultant , BUT FOR ME WAS AN ANGEL , he convince me about the service of his company , because of my frustration I asked him 1,000 questions , he is a young person but the way he treat customers shows not only the experience , patient , he show the acknoledge of his job .... one day he laugh and said Maria you know a lot of this business , I said YES BECAUSE I ASKED TO THE OTHER COMPANY BECAUSE I NEVER USE THIS SERVICE , to transport my car 3,000 miles is not a joke is something serious , so I need to know all about ., and you know what ? I think is a good way to make money.
He clear that idea because is not the way to make the money , is the service THEY PROMISSE TO BE COORDINATED WITH OTHERS TO BE DONE., I do not know if that idea is clear. In one month aprox. Ryan become to be my friend with the 1,000 calls from OREGON and FROM LIMA ., I was afraid but also I TRUST ON HIS WORD because he said I am going to do my best. Bennington Vt. is a town that is from N.Jersey or New York City ( places from is much easy to pick up cars ) he also said if you were in N.J will be more easy but is ok IF NOBODY CAN OR WANTS TO PICK UP YOUR CAR FROM WHERE IT IS I WILL LOOK FOR SOMEBODY BUT YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE PICK UP.
Finally the things turn better for me , I HAVE TO MOVED MY CAR FROM THE PRIMARY PLACE I LEFT BECAUSE THAT PERSON USE TO BE IN AND OUT OF VT. I INVOLVED MY EX BOSS AND HER HUSBAND ON THAT ISSUE ... NICE PEOPLE AND ALWAYS BELOVED.
They remove the car and took it to their house / I crossed information (introduce ) between Ryan and Darlene & Jeff because they never knew each other , and pray.......
my car was pick-up on September 9th. / Ryan new MY SITUATION , MY WORRY MY EVERYTHING because I want my car in Oregon the next day of my arrival ( from Lima )
As soon I arrived to Portland I called him and he said MARIA YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE DELIVERY AS WE AGREE WITH YOU TOMORROW , I cried ........I couldn't believe it ., he connected me with CUSTOMER SERVICE with Asiia Montoya - Customer Service of Transport Service Inc. another professional lady ., she confirmed my car will be delivery on time the 17th., I asked the name of the driver and cell-phone and of course promptly provided me that information.
I spoke with one of the driver by 4.00p.m. and he said YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE DELIVERY TODAY BY 8P.M. APROX. I couldn't believe that ! they arrived after many calls because is understandable the traffic can change any plan.
before 11:00p.m. a huge truck with a lot of cars show up , some neighbors were observing like me THE FANTASTIC SHOW OF GET DOWN A CAR THAT IS ON THE TOP IN OTHER WAY ON THE 3RD. FLOOR OF A TRUCK .
Two smiling guys I saw in the darkness with a beautiful smile , and nice english accent courtesy and no signal of stress or to be tire ., THEY WERE SO FRESH THAT I ASKED YOU BEEN DRIVING 3,000 MILES THEY SAID YES! , I do not know their exaclty name but they are the best representative of MOBILE TRANSPORT INC. on their invoice they have the following words.
FAST. SAFE, PROFESSIONAL and that is true that truck is like an airplane , 3,000 miles I will never do it in 7 days.
My first thanks to RYAN because he convince me to trust on him and the service he offer / also he trust on the people that is behin him TEAM WORK.
to his company TRANSPORTSERVICEONLINE y/o TRANSPORT SERVICE INC., because they have professional people behing a phone number Ryan is in Miami I was in Vt. them in Peru but in this case the distance doesn't mean any thing. Thank you Assia Montoya I do not know if you are an Hispanic girl we never spoke spanish , but CONGRATULATIONS !
Thank you to MOBILE TRANSPORT BECAUSE PROBABLY . Ryan told you the important service he needs to do with his customer ., thank you to the two drivers / not only because they were good looking , very professional too. SMILING, ALL THE COURTESY RULES , HAPPY , AND READY TO KEEP DELIVERING THE PROBABLY 8 MORE CARS THEY HAD ON THE TRUCK , the delivery tooks maybe 15 minutes .... wow ! that is a record my car was on the top.
I learned many things with this experience / TO TRUST AGAIN, specially when you feel a person a voice is trying to do a good job and service.

thank you , thank you , thank you now I have to look for a job., my new life is starting in Oregon but this time with my car my principal tool .

When I was in Peru , Ryan asked me about my country I hope he can go some day and I can do something for him / with his conversation he was trying to calm me , and trust on him .

I do not have money and 1,265 means a lot but in this case was the best investment because the service was excellent .
