This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My pickup was late... my delivery was late... very poor communication. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service and get any type of resolution. My car arrived damaged - the driver who unloaded my car strapped the car down so tight, that the chains punctured a hole in my radiator, which caused coolant to leak everywhere, eventually leading to a breakdown minutes later after the guy started the car and tried to get it off the truck.
I originally posted a bad review about 3 months ago, and Jeremy (the owner, apparently) contacted me personally and begged me to take it down. He told me that they would refund my money, but could only do so if my review was removed. He claims his insurance can't payout if the bad review is up. Hmmmm... Sounds suspicious, but I went along with it just to see what happens... Well, he kept stringing me along saying that the money was on the way. Here we are over 2 1/2 months later, and I have no refund. His last email to me was on 10/9, and he told me to remain patient.
HELLO JEREMY WHERE ARE YOU? I am sure you will read this review. Have some integrity and keep your word. Your company messed up, so now it's time for you to make it right.
I see from other reviews that this is not a rare occurence - believe me when I say GO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY! you won't be disappointed if you do.
