After being contacted I called Gary a few times with good results but once booked he refered me to customer service and I was put on hold for 35 minutes then was hung up on I called back 7 times before getting to talk to a person and each time was on hold more than 10 minutes then when put in touch with the driver things went well even though he broke down and was 3 days latter then he had said but still 1 day before the origanal time I was quoted. I will probably use your service again.
