If you are looking to transport a vehicle Transport Services is your compnay! I transported my vehicle once before from Texas to Washington and was pleased with the compnay I used. About a month ago my current employer asked me to transport my car from Washington to Georgia. I thought about using the same company, but ended up searching online first. I filled out an online application that provided me with five quotes from five different compnaies. As you can guess one of those companies was Transport Services. While the other four compnaies e-mailed me Brandon (TS rep) took the time to call and asses my needs. He explained everyting to me and gave me several options. Once we were done talking he told me to think about it and he would contact me the next day for my final decision. He was never pushy or demanding and even called me back trying to save me money. After the contract was complete and everything was finalized Brandon was still responsive to my needs.
As for the shipping, I was contacted before my car was picked up and dropped off. I also received several phone calls during transit to update me on my vehicles ETA. The care hauler was first-class and the driver was super friendly. A week after my vehicle was delivered I received a call from Raffaella to see if I was happy the service. Overall, everyone I dealt with during the entire process was super friendly. I was very satisfied and will use TS again if I ever need to transport my vehicle.
