Very bad experience that i ever had. The guy name steve told me to deposite $100 on 03/04/2013 and i did. Also he told me that my car will get picked up on 26th of march, but at 25th i get called from transport relief saying we do not have any currier right now. Now think about it, how stressfull is their activity. In the beginning this people seems so so trustworthy to you, will provide everything to make you trust them. But eventually when time come, either they will lie you or ask you to pay more $$. They did same things to me and i agree to pay $200 more, but still they didn't sounds helpful. after this i talk with my banker and finally get refund back, but it took me many more days to get refund back. So if you are looking to transport your vehicle, please do not get attract by their lower rate. This company will give you lot of headache. Finally i contact with All american transport and one of the represent name Vivian Garcia helped me to transport my car. once again please do not trust transport Relief by seeing lower price and sweet voice, rather find other compay like agape or all american transport.
