I first utilised other companies to great dissatisfaction. They were cheaper but as it turned out they did not actively pursue a truck on my behalf. They just waited, whereby I lost 2 weeks waiting. As they say you get what you pay for. I then found Bill (transport connection) and immediately he explained the US trucking industry to me (this was advantageous as Im from Australia) and this helped me understand the great delays I previously had. Bill was in constant communication with me and not before long found a truck to transport my vehicle from Tennessee to CA. Unfortunately there was a small hiccup which was not anyone's fault. Bill immediately addressed the problem and my car was delivered to LA. Bill gave me the truck drivers details so I could speak to the drivers myself. When I spoke to Bill on the phone he would have a three way phone conversation which included me and the truck driver so everyone was on the same page. I think this shows Bill's integrity/transparency when he's talking to you about the status of your job. This gave me an apportunity to ask the driver questions while Bill was present in the convcersation. I got to hear what Bill had to say to the truck driver as well. I have read other reviews where the brokers comes up with excuses etc and you cant get in contact with them or they dont return calls. Bill is completely the opposite which showed me he genuinely wanted to satisfy me as a customer. I would use Bill again and recommend him for other customers.
