Lilo Goldstone, a chronic complainer, was overly demanding and unreasonable from the get-go. Her car was NOT delivered late. No guarantee was ever given as to an exact delivery ETA of her vehicle during the holiday season. That would have been unfeasible, since this is when carriers enjoy quality time off with their families. I was abundantly clear about this. Lilo's expectations of the transport process were unrealistic.
She acted as though hers was the only car on the driver's truck, stating that she did not really care about Christmas because she was Jewish and didn't celebrate this particular holiday.
She badgered both the carrier and myself with incessant telephone calls on a daily basis, insisting that the driver interrupt his family gathering and immediately deliver her car.
She even had the gall to request (I never offered) that I should pick her up at the airport, as though Transport Connection was a taxi or limo service.
I truly sympathize with any business that has the misfortune of dealing with this customer.
