Bill is exactly the sort of guy you want as a broker. His direct, no-nonsense approach put me at ease from the beginning.

I was hoping to move my car from Portland, OR, to DC, with a pickup sometime around Thanksgiving Weekend. I was more than a little nervous about finding a carrier since I was due to fly to the east coast at the end of November and didn't want to burden a friend with the pickup. But Bill stayed on the job and had our car picked up the day after Thanksgiving!

The delay in both pickup and delivery were out of Bill's control (see my review of Rollover Transport, who despite the delay did a great job and delivered the car in perfect condition), but Bill remained in contact throughout. Even with the delay I felt secure knowing that if things turned sour I could set Bill on the carrier!

I would definitely recommend Transport Connection to anyone looking to ship a vehicle. I used a website to request quotes, and I was called by many people over a 72 hour period. Bill was the first to call (and always picked up every time I called him), and spent far more time on the phone than any other broker explaining what he did and why he was so good! It's not often the sales pitch matches the service, but in this case it did.
