Bill was very clear in the explanation and his website held all needed info on the shipping process. Bill had a carrier in 24 hrs and we scheduled a pick-up, but due to a family emergency I had to email bill to postpone my vehicle shipment. He cancelled my pick-up and said he would be standing by when I was ready to ship. A month later I called Bill and he had the same carrier and scheduled the pick-up around our schedule. Over all I will contact Bill to ship my Classic car and will only use him to get my vehicles moved.
