At first I was a little apprehensive about Bill's determination to get my business to transport my car from Ca to NY but once the order was placed , I received a call from Bill about 1.5 hours later with the carrier on the phone, carrier said that they could pick up the car on Saturday (3 days later), the carrier was given my sisters phone number in Ca, she was called on Friday and was given a pick up time of between 9-11 am , they were there by 9, the driver went over the overall condition of the car...scratches, scraps etc very throughly, then the car was on it's way.... the following thursday I received a call that the car would be delivered somewhere between 8-10 the next day... a little after 9 on Friday the car arrived. I have never transported a car before so I wanted to have a reputable company transport for me...and all I can say it that I picked the right one. Very smooth from pick up to delivery and at the right price. I am very happy with the service I received.
