Bill was forthcoming right from the start. He explained how auto transport worked from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, was not at all evasive. All information was sent to me by Email for confirmation. I expected there to be a downpayment but it proved to be less than I'd anticipated. Shipping was arranged with the trucker with almost no delay. I spoke with the trucker himself both before pickup, and after, and we arranged a meeting-time, which worked out exactly as planned.
