This was my first dealings with a car transport company. I had heard all the stories of giving a deposit and then they disappear and your car never gets picked up. Transport Connection was the lowest quote and required a deposit, so I was a little hesitant. I figured I'd take a chance and I'm glad to say I WASN'T scammed. Bill worked with the car carriers to get my car picked up in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Though I ended up paying about $175 more then was quoted it was reasonable when compared to the other quotes I had received. To Bill's credit he did mention that the price he quoted may not be the final price. It seems that a final price isn't set until the carrier is identified and agrees to a rate, which Bill negotiates with them. Transport Connection is competitively priced and now I know Bill won't run off with my deposit. I would certainly use Transport Connection again in the future.
