Vehicle was picked up on time. Driver was very courteous. Vehicle was delivered one day late due to truck breaking down. Vehicle was dirty when it arrived. Sunroof sheild had blown off the car since the car was loaded backwards on to the trailer. In spite of all of this, my expectations were set such that I received the service that I was promised, and would use their service again.
