I would definitely use Transport Connection again. I had never transported a car before and I needed to get my car from NH to CA. I did some research on the internet, requested a quote, and then received about a dozen quotes. My first thought was that I need to be careful since the cost was over $1,000 and I needed to determine who I can trust. Talking to Bill on the phone gave me the confidence to choose Transport Connection for the job. I didn't have much flexibility on pick-up and delivery dates. Bill worked with me as he conferenced in a carrier. This first carrier couldn't meet my dates so then Bill brought in another carrier who could meet my dates. The pick-up was scheduled directly with the carrier before I got off the phone. I felt good about my choice then, and even more so after my car was delivered on time in CA!
