I was very satisfied with Bill's honesty and promptness in delivery of my BMW. since I had nver had an auto transported by truck before, i was very scptical about the service and reputation of the broker. Also, I was under a strcit time constraint as the person selling the auto was leaving for overseas on a specific date. As that date approached, i was given the run around by another broker who promised the pick up would occur. Bill had also promised the date but was $100 over the competitors bid. I foudn out later that the competitor was under bidding and tryiong to get a truck to pick it up on a lowball bid. Once I went with transport connection, the car was picked up on time and deliverd on time. It was a mud ball fromt he drive, but it washed off fine. Bill was very up front and honest. He is not the cheapest but he did come through on time.
