The idea of moving a car across the country certainly does not apply to everyone. Its important to use a transport service that is reliable and timely. Bill at Transport connection was very capable and well spoken broker who connected me with a reliable transporter who made the stress of moving my car light enough to bear.

My car pick up was a day late, but Bill was quick to respond to my concerns. Customer service at transport connection was excellent, and if I had to do this again I would definitely use him. There were a few minor glitches, and the car arrived a bit dirty, but nothing that could not be solved with a little soap and water.

The time in transport was a little longer than I had been expecting, but that was more on the part of the auto transporter, not transport connection. If I did have more significant issues, I have no doubts that Bill would have stepped up again to meet his own high standards for customer care.
