Went through hell trying to find a good broker after having inadvertently gotten on a website that resulted in a flood of email "quotes." Finally gave up on those and chose Bill for his rating on this site. He cut through all the BS and told me up front that the "quotes" I had been getting for transporting a lifted pick-up truck were unrealistically low and would never result in a trucker willing to do the move at that price. His commission (they apparently call it a "down-payment" in the trade, but it is simply the commission paid to the agent, with the payment for transportation made to the trucker on delivery) was average among the ones I had seen. He found a local company to ship the truck, which took a few phone calls and measurements due to the size of the vehicle. After an overnight delay due to the trucker having been delayed at another stop, the transport was done professionally and the vehicle was delivered on the day promised, for the agreed price. Would use Transport Connection again.
