Within hours of placing the order with Transport Connect, Mr. William "Bill" Avrich connected me with the driver. Since this was my first time shipping a vehicle, I was extremely concerned. Bill explained the process which put me at ease. The driver was extremely knowledgeable and had over 40 years of transporting vehicle. This was an awesome experience for us.
