When talking with Bill, I realized that he knew the business well. Along with knowing the business, he knows the history and operation tactics of many of his competetors. Bill was open and stright to the answers that I was looking for. Transport Connection is very dependable and Bill always answered the phone, even a Saturday night at 8:00 he was there. Customer service was very well maintained from the first call. While waiting for a carrier to pick up my truck I had a sense that if something went wrong I was in good hands. Transport Connection (Bill) would assure me that he would handle the situation and there would be no additional cost or surprise charges.Always looking out for the customer. I'll refer his services.
