I found the entire experience to be stress free. I contacted about 20 companies and was getting so much informaiton that I was totally overwhelmed. I checked Transport Review and contacted Transport Connection based on the reviews. The driver communicated directly with me and let me know exactly when he would be there to pick up the car. He was nice and friendly and gave me his cell phone number. I ended up picking up the car (instead of having it delivered) just due to timing - but I found everyone I dealt with to be nice, normal, and laid back. Overall, a really good experience.
