I was in a situation where I needed my car transported from Dallas, Tx to Waukegan, IL. I requested a quote and received several people contacting me. I was contacted by a transport company and decided to use them. After I gave the credit card number, I could no longer get in contact with this company. I did not know what to do because my flight was leaving in a couple of days. I called Transport Connection, spoke with Nicole, told her the situation, she got the owner on the phone, Bill, and they went OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST ME. Bill worked all day on getting me set up. They were WONDERFUL. They had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!! I would suggest to use this company if you ever have a need for transport.
