John Billing,
You had no idea where your car was the entire time because you were too lazy and unresponsive to answer your phone when either the carrier or myself called to update you. When you finally did answer, you were advised to call your carrier because he was unsuccessful in his multiple attempts at calling you to arrange delivery.
As to your time demands and deadlines, do you think this is a limo service? Do you really think that yours is the only vehicle on the truck?
Did you ever stop to think that perhaps the poor Hispanic driver whose English you are mocking has to drive a truck to support his family? Shame on you for being so harsh in your judgment of others.
