I was extremely satisfied with Transport Connection who solved a major crisis for us. We were on a very tight schedule to get our car from Miami to Massachusetts on a specific day and another company's carrier that we had signed on with, never showed up or called us on the day he was scheduled to pick up our car. Needless to say, my husband and I were furious. It was a Sunday and we didn't think we would be able to get in touch with another company. We tried Transport Connections because they were local and had great reviews. To our surprise, Bill answered the phone and within 10 minutes, he had a carrier scheduled to pick up our car the following morning. This carrier came on time, was extremely professional and was able to get our car to Massachusetts on the day we needed it. I rarely write reviews but Bill deserves the credit for his quick response in finding us a reliable and reputable carrier. And the carrier deserves credit for communicating with us throughout the trip and delivering our car on time and in great condition and with a smile!!!. This is unheard of in this industry. We will use Transport Connection again without hesitation!
