My faith in auto transport brokers is restored. Bill Avich, President of Transport Connection, was very professional. He provided fast, efficient, and exceptional customer service. He certainly did a better job than I could have in finding a good carrier at a very fair price. I have shipped several cars across the country with mixed results and I have had good experiences and bad, some very bad. Transport Connection falls into the good experience category. Communication was very good with several conference calls to keep all stakeholders in the loop, beginning to end. The carrier was polite and very careful with my twp cars. They protected all surfaces in contact with harnessing equipment and carefull covered my car with lightweight visqueen (plastic sheeting). A thorough inspection was performed before and after shipping. They actually looked more closely than I did. They called me several times to keep me posted. Their enclosed rig was cool also, clean and all black with scalloped markings. Impressive, and should look good in the photo albums, and on Facebook.

Bill knows his business and he knew that proper care and prompt delivery of my twp cars (a 65 Corvette and a blown 33 Ford Hot Rod) both are show pieces, and very important to me. There is a lot of work, time, and money tied up in them. I had a very demanding schedule as I was relocating 1800 miles away, halfway cross the country, and absolutely needed my cars picked up on time and then delivered on time and in good condition. Hands down, my experience with Transport Connection was excellent. Use them, if you care about your cars you will be glad you did.

Thanks Bill - please feel free to have any client call me after you have spoken to them and they are serious about getting a good shipper. Transport Connection rocks!

PS - I was not paid to write this. I want these guys to stay in business and credit should be given where it is due.

Sincerely,
