Bill called me just a few minutes after I placed my request for quotes on Tuesday. He explained how the transport brokering process works, told me to check him (and others who might call) on this site, and gave me his bid. He explained that he would take care of me and my car, and that he thought we'd be able to git 'er done pretty quickly - which was a good thing since I need to get the car moved relatively fast and I was concerned because some of the comments on this site showed that the process could take up to two weeks.

Bill called again on Wednesday, only two days after I first talked to him, and said that NBS Express would be out the next day and that they would have it in Georgia on Friday. And that's EXACTLY what happened: NBS picked up the car on Thursday and delivered it in perfect condition on Friday. My "problem" was solved in only four days from first contact to perfect delivery! Bill's a miracle worker and I'm glad I decided to use Transport Connection. He delivered on each an every point: process, price, pickup and delivery, and I'll DEFINITELY use him the next time I need to move a car. :)

Note: Do NOT confuse Transport CONNECTION with Transport SERVICES (also in Boca Raton, FL). "Jordan" with Transport Services called me, too, and told me that they had a "fleet of 17 trucks" and could pick up my car in the next two days for just a little more than Bill had quoted. That sounded good to me considering my timetable, but when I checked Transport Services out on this site, I learned that Jordan LIED to me!! They are NOT a common carrier, they do NOT have their own trucks....they're only a broker. I crossed Transport Services off my list immediately because I didn't want to work with someone who would LIE to me to get my business.
