I used Bills company to transport my SUV from CA to CT. Bill is a one of a kind eccentric dude who took the time to explain how the transport business works which is a bit like the wild west. After explaining how it worked he was patient with me figuring out the details. Each time I reached out to him he either picked up the phone or returned my call/text within 5 minutes. Ultimately Bill told me what to expect and then delivered on those expectations. 5 stars!
