Excellent! Smooth process and my car got across the USA very swiftly. Bill is very dedicated and not afraid of putting in a lot of effort to resolve any issue for his customers. He graciously provides a lot of transparency into the whole process and gives updates along the way. Vehicle freighting turns out to be complicated, and has a lot of carriers who don't put the customer first. Some will accept your price and timing but then falsely claim that their truck has broken down or that their driver got sick, and try to charge you more or make you shift your dates to fit their own schedule better. Transport connection doesn't stand for this. They're worth every penny in their dedication to putting the customer first, and dealing swiftly with carriers who would take advantage of their customers. Note to people reading this - vehicle freight works on a bidding system that all the carriers participate in, so the prices are typically not going to have much variance. You'll be signing up for a serious headache if you attempt to save pennies on a company with a low rating and bad reviews. Choose Transport Connection instead.
