I contracted with Transport Connection to ship a new vehicle I bought out of state. This is my unsolicited review. There is a ton of knuckleheads out there contracting independent drivers to transport your stuff. Bill of Transport Connection was different. Bill was simply outstanding from the onset. He assisted me at every phase of the process and his prices were good. What sets him apart is his customer service, knowledge about the vehicle transportation business, and his honesty! He was in constant contact with me and the dealership throughout the process making sure my car was timely delivered and without damage. There was no bait and switch - what he quoted is exactly what I paid and delivery was on time. I saved his company information so if in the future I ever ship another vehicle, he is one I will call. Need an honest and responsible company to transport your vehicle? This is the guy! If you read this Bill - thanks buddy! Two thumbs up from me!
