I was moving across the country and had a tight deadline to meet and Bill quickly took care of business and fulfilled my request. My Golf was picked up on time (although a few hours later than expected) and arrived on time (actually earlier than expected). Everything worked out and we were glad our car arrived safely. Only thing is I expected more professionalism during the initial carrier assignment, in showing respect for other transport companies and carriers. Also, while the carrier was said to be highly rated, they turned out to have very poor reviews on Yelp.
