Great price, great customer service

Bill was very honest and upfront with me through the entire process. He got me a great price and re mediated an issue when the driver arrived earlier than scheduled. I really felt that he advocated for me and did his best to deliver the service I wanted. My car arrived a day after I did which was perfect. He made my coast to coast move so much easier. No games no gimmicks.

I was really happy to work with Bill and I think is personality and character combines persistence and professionalism in a way that made my experience a great value.

Other broker companies called and texted (!!) me trying to bad mouth Transport Connection which I found to be completely inappropriate and a huge turn off. Bill never once made mention of the competition and I think that has a lot to say for the integrity of his company and quality of his service.
