Bill could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My car is my baby and Bill made sure it was well taken care of on the cross country trip. He's a hard nose kind of guy, but thats what this industry calls for. He got me out of a sketchy situation and made calls on my behalf to arrange my deal. Would definitely recommend him if you care about your car. Car was dirty on arrival, but it went all the way across the country. To be expected.
