From first phone call until delivery of car, everything was handled perfectly. I basically did nothing except let the professionals sweat the detail I have ZERO complaints and nothing but praise. Everything was backed up with emails. Phone calls and texts were given every step of the way. I was never in the dark. And the car when it got to California looked exactly the way it left. The driver was so helpful, he took time to secure the vehicle where it had a couple openings in the vinyl cover of the car.
