Transport Connection was professional and well organized, but the carrier needs to improve communication skills. Told the car would be delivered Friday afternoon- waited then got a call in evening it would be Saturday afternoon- waited then and got a call late Saturday that it would be noon on Sunday. Dispatcher and trucker had phones turned off so could not get in contact. Hassle could have been avoided by the carrier giving better updates so didn't have to wait at home.
