I called Bill because he had great reviews on the site and he also had a competitive price. There are a lot of factors involved in having a transporter pick up a car and everything ran smoothly. The company that ended up moving my car was reputable and one Bill had worked with before and picked them based on his knowledge of them rather than another company that had also contacted him about picking up the car. The shipper had some trouble with their truck and had to make a repair and so were two days later than I had originally been told, but it actually worked out better because my car was delivered on Saturday rather than a Thursday. All in all I thought Bill did a nice job and was open to communication. If I need to ship another car I'll use him again.
