Transport Connection is a broker for auto transport services; it is not the actual transporter. So Transport Connection is not responsible for the late delivery in California. The late delivery occurred because the truck broke down, a situation over which Transport Connection had no control.

The price was reasonable and the paperwork from Transport Connection was sent on time and in a professional manner.
