Shipping a vehicle across the country started out as an overwhelming decision- broker or carrier, and then which one to trust? I got many calls and emails with different quotes and information. One company wanted to charge $2,100 for my Toyotoa Tacoma claiming it was oversize. When I spoke to Bill on the phone he was straightforward answering all my questions. He didn't push me and when I called back with questions- he was the same. I felt that he would do his best as he was president of Transport Connections and the whole experience would reflect back to him. Once I paid the deposit, two days later a carrier was assigned to my vehicle and 3 days after that it was picked up and on its way. DEW Transport shipped my vehicle and Darwin was conscientious and flexible. Overall it turned out to be a good experience. I would use Bill at Tranport Connections again.
