Bill answered my call in the evening and returned the call the next day as promised. He gave me good advice to make sure my transport happened promptly and it did. He followed up to make sure the car was picked up and called me to confirm delivery. Great customer service and I would and will use this company again as I have another car to ship in the Fall. The car arrived with no damage or scratches and the driver was very accomodating.
