Bill Avrich helped me move a vehicle from Florida to California in 2010. I called him back in 2015 for my move back to Florida with two cars. Same great experience. Bill is a fierce advocate for his customers. He works hard to get good bids from shippers. I can count on him to handle any difficulty I have with the shippers. This time around the shipper was late. This was not Transport Connections fault. Bill is very proactive with his communication. He very clearly explained the car shipping process to me and kept me informed every step of the way to include a follow up call after I took delivery. I have already passed along his information as a referral. I will use Tranport Connection again when I need to ship a car.
