Bill Avrich is a no nonsense guy. He tells it like it is and gets it done. We had a last minute problem when our original transporter's truck broke down. I was very concerned. Bill called back almost right away with another truck. The pick up was smooth and easy. Bill does a conference call where you get to actually confirm your shipping with your trucker. I recommend him highly. As a way of helping you through the process, know that you probably won't know until very close to shipping time who your transporter will be. I guess this is part of the process as the trucks are going back and forth and it depends on who is in your area at the appropriate time for your pick up. This can be somewhat last minute. This is where Bill does a great job in linking the trucker to you as the client. I was very pleased and would trust Bill again anytime. Five STARS!!
