Bill was very friendly and knowledgable. He was able to accommodate my situation and arranged for my car to be transported to Florida even though I wasn't physically in Florida yet. He suggested to have my car dropped at the local honda dealership and arranged to have the oil changed and car washed. He was also very honest about pricing. He would screenshot pictures of the current prices on Central Dispatch so I know what the ongoing rates are. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend him again.
