Bill knows his business. It appeared like a bait and switch because the initial quote was like $700, but once I figured out the way shippers do business, I was okay with it. The shipper was great, very professional and I have shipped 3 times before, so I have a good idea what to expect. Bottom line...I highly recommend Bill.
