Bill Avrich, the owner, is a no nonsense, blunt, but honest guy who is a great advocate to have on your side. He explained the bidding/shipping process to me and his price came in several hundred dollars less than the prices I was quoted by motorcycle shipping companies. The motorcycle was picked up and delivered on an uncommon route, and when the seller had personal problems and was unable to ship on the arranged date, Bill arranged another shipper for the same price within 48 hours and did not charge any additional fees. The motorcycle arrived as promised in 4 days in pristine shape. I would not hesitate to use him again.
