Bill was honest and helpful. He gave me insight to the process, and what 2 other companies are doing for me (which was just nothing) when I finally decided to switch the brokers after awaiting for 11 days. He took care of my transportation needs and the same day, within minutes we had a trucker interested. At the end we went with a trucker selected the following day. I had a chance to use his help one more time when the trucker refused to deliver anywhere close my location. One phone call, and Bill put the everything as it should be!

Overall, ONE HUGE 5 star review!

I could only say that other 5 star companies on transport reviews are nowhere close to the quality of service that Bill provides!
