Bill Avrich is the owner of "Transport Connection," and you deal with him directly. I found him to be totally straight forward, and honest. My transport was from Maryland to Florida. At the time of my transport there were over 100 cars waiting for carry on this same route, with very few carriers available to make the run. He was relentless in getting the car picked up in a timely manner by a capable carrier who did a very nice job. I had not transported a vehicle for sometime, and my previous experience with a broker was awful. I had a number of questions to ask Bill, and he answered them all. In addition, any phone calls or e-mails were either answered immediately or returned within a very short time. Bill, was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I would highly recommend him for anyone transporting a vehicle.
